Thank you for trusting In Loving Detail Memorials to create a meaningful tribute for your loved one. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery procedures.


Processing Time

All memorial items are custom-made with care and intention.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (unless otherwise stated)

  • Large or bulk memorial orders: 10–21 business days

  • Processing times may increase during holidays, peak seasons, or due to high order volume.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected)

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.


Rush Orders

Rush processing may be available for funeral or service dates.

  • Rush fee applies.

  • Client must provide the memorial date at the time of ordering.

  • We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests but cannot guarantee delivery once shipped.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

In Loving Detail Memorials is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by address errors

If a package is returned, the client is responsible for reshipping fees.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • Tracking number to monitor delivery progress

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We understand memorial items are deeply important.

However, once packages are shipped, we are not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

If an issue arises, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

We will review and offer a replacement
