Processing Time
All memorial items are custom-made with care and intention.

Processing time: 5–10 business days (unless otherwise stated)

Large or bulk memorial orders: 10–21 business days

Processing times may increase during holidays, peak seasons, or due to high order volume.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (if selected)
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Rush Orders
Rush processing may be available for funeral or service dates.

Client must provide the memorial date at the time of ordering.

We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests but cannot guarantee delivery once shipped.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

Delays caused by address errors
If a package is returned, the client is responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

However, once packages are shipped, we are not liable for:

If your item arrives damaged:
